Dr. Jennifer Bolay, OTD, OTR/L, CNT, IBCLC, is an Assistant Professor and Doctoral Capstone Coordinator at Utah Tech University. She currently practices in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), focusing on feeding, swallowing, lactation, and sensory development. Prior to her OT Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Bolay earned her BS in Special Education and MEd in Low-Incidence Disabilities. She is currently working on her PhD in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Pediatric Science through Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Dr. Bolay's passion for OT and neonates extends beyond the U.S. into East Africa, where she has dedicated many years to building partnerships with community and government organizations to support education and advocacy for neonatal and pediatric care in rural Kenyan communities.
