Conference sessions, networking opportunities, and the UOTA Annual Business Meeting will take place November 2 through December 2, 2020, with recorded presentations available through the conference app for approximately 6 months.

The conference will be hosted on the Whova app. To prepare for the conference, download the Whova app for free from the app store and check out the Whova user guide here: https://whova.com/pages/whova-app-user-guide/. The conference will be available to registrants on Whova for scheduling purposes starting 10/26. Please allow time for processing between registration and access to the conference on Whova.

UOTA Continuing Education/Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your continuing education or conference registration, please notify the chairperson of that event via phone or e-mail. This information can be found on the UOTA website https://uotaassociation.org. A 15% processing fee will be applied to all cancellation requests made three weeks or more before the event. Refunds will not be issued after three weeks or for “no-shows.”
