Showcase your services or products at the UOTA Annual Conference!
This year’s annual Utah Occupational Therapy Association Conference will take place Saturday, November 7-8th, 2025 8 AM- 5 PM at Utah Valley University. We expect over 200 occupational therapy practitioners, consisting of therapists, therapy assistants, and students from all four collaborating states. We are seeking community sponsors to join us in supporting the conference this year*. Click here for more information.
Sponsorship levels*
Gold ($350)
- A large logo on all conference flyers, advertisements, and email blasts
- A Large logo on the UOTA website stating gold sponsor status until the end of 2025
- Social Media post announcing sponsorship and gold sponsor status
- May give us printed flyers and/or SWAG items to be added to the SWAG bags
- 1 6' Vendor table at the conference in vendor hall - Included in vendor Bingo!
- 2 Lunch Tickets
- 1 free parking space in parking garage
Silver ($250)
- A logo on all conference flyers, advertisements, and email blasts
- Social Media post announcing sponsorship and silver sponsor status
- A logo on the UOTA website stating silver sponsor status until the end of 2025
- May give us printed flyers to be added to the participant SWAG bags
Bronze ($150)
- A logo on all conference flyers, advertisements, and email blasts
- A logo on the UOTA website stating bronze sponsor status until the end of 2025
- Social Media post announcing sponsorship and bronze sponsor status
Table Vendor ($150)
- 6' Vendor Table in vendor hall - Included in Vendor Bingo!
- Social Media post announcing you will be a vendor at conference (if requested)
- Dedicated time during the conference for participants to visit sponsor booths
- 1 free parking space in parking garage
