UOTA Eunice Chen Mentorship Award

Purpose of the Eunice Chen Mentorship Award: To provide recognition to an occupational therapy professional who has demonstrated excellence in mentorship related to the profession of Occupational Therapy in the state of Utah.

Award recipients must be UOTA members, so please encourage any prospective nominees to be sure their membership is current. Nominations must be submitted by October 7, 2024. We hope to hear from you soon!
